The Rolling in the Deep hitmaker on May (11) fell ill with laryngitis and vocal cords for this condition because of such problems she was advised by doctors to temporarily refrain from performing to allow her throat to heal.
She was all clear earlier this week was the song again (begs04Jul11) and Adele proved she was back on top formon Thursday as she hit the stage at London's fabled Roundhouse venue as part of the iTunes Festival.
During her live comeback, Adele performed a mix of tracks from her hit albums 19 and 21, and also treated fans to a cover of Bonnie Raitt's hit I Can't Make You Love Me.
