A Number One of her '21' is a second album in a row for the tenth week.

While previous week Adele's 'Someone Like You' taken down on Number Two at the chart-topper, and Katy B scored a new entry at Number 8 with 'Broken Record'.

Adele regain top position UK singles and album chart

Adele Still Ruling Irish Charts


On the Irish Single Chart, Adele remains on top this week as well. Her track 'Someone Like You' continues to rule the charts.

An unchanged top five sees Jessie J, Jedward, Rihanna and a second track from Adele maintain their respective positions.

Britney Spears jump on to 7th position with 'Till The World Ends', the second single from her new album Femme Fatale.

Outside of the top 10, Katy Perry and Kanye West's 'E.T.' climbs five to number 11, while Jennifer Lopez's 'On The Floor' enters at number 12.

Notable climbers this week include the Black Eyed Peas at 21 with 'Just Can't Get Enough', Wiz Khalifa's 'Black And Yellow' at 23 and Cee Lo Green's 'Bright Lights' at 40.

X Factor's Mary Byrne is a new entry at number 31 with her debut single 'I Just Call You Mine'.

Adele held at the top of the British album charts

Singer Adele and her one remaining British album charts with number one place to historic double whammy has been held.

Chase And Status To Collaborate With Adele?


We would like to collaborate with Adele in near future revealed by Chase And Status.

Adele's recent chart success made them impressed, the duo new album 'No More Idols' was released last month.

Adele: 'People think I'm depressing'


Despite the content of her music,she isn't a depressing person insisted by Grammy winner Adele.

In the US next week she releases second studio album 21 has said that her personality is often very different from how people assume she will be.

I think people think I'm like, sort of a manic-depressive," Adele told MTV News. "I think they think I'm very sombre and very moody and take myself very seriously, but I think that's just because of the kind of records I write."

"I'm no more depressed than any other 21 or 22 year-old girl when someone leaves them, you know?" the singer joked.

She said that the album 21 based on a recent boyfriend who broke her heart, but hopes that he doesn't see it in a negative light.

"Even though I'm very bitter and regret some parts of it, he's still the most important person that's ever been in my life," she added.

Following the release of 21, Adele starts on a tour of the US in May.
